We take a consultative approach to all assignments and we try to avoid all spin and jargon. We like open discussion with our clients and agreement every step of the process, if possible.

This close understanding and ‘know our clients business’ rule produces successful cost reductions in most cases, which are consistent with clients' business needs and therefore, their full approval.

Proven methodology
Although we are assigned to a broad spectrum of specific areas and categories, we apply the same tried and tested methodology to all.This is based around the following 6-Steps after agreeing to the assignment:

  • data gathering and analysis
  • market research and benchmarking
  • initial negotiation with supplier
  • presentation of initial findings
  • agreement of final results
  • implementation.

Minimal disruption
As a result of this approach, we need to spend only limited amounts of time at clients' premises and there is normally minimal client involvement after the initial meeting.

Focus
Crucially, since most of our clients opt for our services on a no savings no fee consignment basis, we limit the number of clients each year. As a result, each assignment has the full focus of the company.
