Background
This housebuilder’s structure comprises nine regional offices plus a Head Office. The regional offices are self profit centres and use local authority for materials, specifications and purchasing. Consequently purchasing and control is inefficient.

We worked well with the client and indentified immediate areas of overspend within 2 days of review. Using Best Practice purchasing methods, CitiBusiness Savings negotiated and implemented on behalf of the client a number of National Service Agreements, which resulted in significant cost-savings as well as organisational efficiencies and accountability improvements to both quality and service levels.
