Background
Well known specialist criminal practitioners with six UK regional offices and 110 staff.  Due to the client’s merger and increased workload the company identified that cost reductions needed to be obtained and resultant changes implemented. As such CitiBusiness Savings were engaged to review two of the major areas of overhead expenditure.

We worked with the practice manager and reviewed the client’s historic total spend and consistency of spend pattern on the identified areas, namely, mobiles and stationery.

As a result of our research and recommendations the client is receiving significant savings together with single supply invoicing and improved service from new suppliers granting fixed priced contracts.
