We agree what categories you would like us to look at. If you are not sure, then we can help since we have a pretty good idea where the overspends and waste usually are and where likely cost reductions and improvements can be made.
We go about collecting the data, usually without involving your time at all and we place it into our software and show you the easy to read results per category. You then sign off our findings agreeing they are accurate.
By this time, we are busily reviewing your suppliers for the chosen categories and negotiatiating with new suppliers to beat hands down what you are presently paying. We negotiate a deal that brings tears to their eyes, but it gets you the best price and service.
Most times, we get a great result for you. and in addition, we are after establishing a fixed price with new suppliers for at least one year with like for like quality and level of service that you are used to, as an absolute minimum.
The full data from all suppliers reviewed (old and new) are placed into our software (cost comparison optimiser TM) and we are then in a position to judge the savings.
The information is presented into a concise easy to read no jargon Review and Recommendation Report (per category) which you sign only if you are happy with the results and wish us to proceed and make the savings for you.
We put in place the change of supplier(s) and ensure there is a silky smooth transition. Then and only then, do we transfer the relationship over to you.
We don’t normally expect or get many problems once we have handed you over the reins to a new supplier, but sometimes, life plays it’s little tricks. If it does, then we are here to help you back on track - we need your recommendation after all.
We continue to monitor your invoicing to ensure the savings are coming through as planned. Remember, there are no fees payable to us unless there are real savings and only then, do we get paid out of those savings. We don’t ask for anything up-front either and we are happy to wait two months to see those savings actually happen.
